We are confirming this with the developer and the ministry. In Sultan Haitham City, non-Omani ownership is limited to approved projects.
How do the types differ?
Type A has a master, 3 bedrooms, a guest room and parking for 3 to 4 cars; types B and C have a master, 2 bedrooms, a guest room and 2-car parking, with a barbecue area in C. All have a majlis and maid's room.
What facilities are there?
Three community gardens over 4,000 m², a green walkway, children's play areas, lit 16 m streets and CCTV.
Where is the district?
In Zone 6B of Sultan Haitham City in Seeb; the city plan in the developer brochure shows a nearby international school, private clinic, shopping centre and the main mosque.
